We offer worldwide shipping, so parents everywhere can get Heightener Gummies for their kids.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

• All orders: 10–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, weather, carrier delays, and local holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress from our warehouse to your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll try to update it before it ships.
